Commission
REALESTATEPH charges the standard industry commission rate of 5% of the gross selling or contract price of the property.
However, the customer-buyer only gets to pay the balance of the 5% broker’s commission which the bank-seller does not shoulder. In the event that the bank-seller shoulders the entire broker’s commission due, the customer-buyer is not obliged nor required to pay any broker’s commission.
FEES
REALESTATE charges other fees incidental to the conduct of due diligence on the property. For our mutual protection, the conduct of due diligence on the physical and legal condition of the property is mandatory.
Due diligence includes title verification evidenced by Register of Deeds certified copy, certification that the property is free of encumbrances and other legal impediments, photos of the property, relocation survey, etc. In the event a relocation survey is imperative, a licensed geodetic engineer shall be hired at the exclusive expense of the customer-buyer.

Any commission, fees and charges already paid by the customer-buyer are non-refundable.
