Reservation Procedure

  1. Fill up and sign forms. Fill up and sign the forms we sent.
  2. Send back the signed forms. After filling up and signing the forms, send them back to us together with the required documents:
    Required documents upon reservation:
    1. Two (2) valid government issued IDs (photocopy) husband and wife if married with 3 signatures at the side
    2. TIN card (photocopy) with 3 signatures at the side. In absence of TIN card, submit verified TIN (BIR form 1904)
    3. Two (2) Original Copy of Proof of Billing (any 2, Meralco, MWSS, PLDT, Smart, Globe, Credit Card Bill)
    4. Birth Certificate (photocopy) with 3 signatures at the side
    5. Marriage Contract (photocopy) – if married, with 3 signatures at the side
    6. Special Power of Attorney (SPA) – if needed. Example: Principal buyer is abroad.
  3. Pay Option Money (Reservation fee). Pay the reservation fee in the amount as indicated on the Reservation Application form. Option money or reservation fee and full down payment can be through online transfers to:
